The Healthy Pregnancy Program supports mothers-to-be and new mothers with essential resources, while Transition Guidance and Career Management support ensure ongoing professional development. Additional benefits include Child Adoption Leave, Miscarriage Leave, Mediclaim Coverage, and access to crèches and nanny services.

The policy also offers travel support for expecting mothers and local commute assistance in metro areas. Since implementing this policy, there has been a reduction in attrition rates, an increase in women taking cross-functional and leadership roles, and greater participation in engagement activities for women.
