• Partner with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to understand short, medium and long-term Real Estate requirements including demand management and stay vs. move decisions, and execute the category strategy

• Manage and audit all compliances ( STPI / SEZ/ Labor / Statutory related ) to have zero exposure to the organization.
• 12-16 years of experience in Real Estate sourcing and procurement, vendor management, legal and contracting
• Bachelors/Master degree in a related field; relevant professional qualifications or accreditations
