For decades, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has prioritized creating a diverse workforce that promotes gender equality and advances women's leadership. In 2023, J&J focused on building diverse teams and advancing its inclusion agenda through several initiatives. The Imagivators program offered a two-day immersion for early-career STEM talent, engaging over 1,000 students and resulting in four internships. The Crackathon competition, targeting engineering students, attracted 2,400 participants and generated over 2 million social media impressions.

Additionally, the JUMP (J&J University Mentorship Program) provided one-on-one mentoring from J&J leaders, enhancing the company's position as an ""Employer of Choice"" in STEM. With flexible hybrid work options through J&J Flex, employees benefit from various wellness programs and career development resources via J&J Learn. The company also actively supports employee resource groups (ERGs) and has received several awards for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, further solidifying its leadership in the industry.
