For over a decade, the global conversation around women at work has centered on inclusion—ensuring women are present, represented, and treated equitably. But in today’s evolving world of work, representation alone is not enough. The next frontier is influence — where women not only have a seat at the table but are reshaping the table itself.

The myAvtar Career Conference (MACC) will explore that crucial leap—from being included to leading the narrative, from participation to power. It is about enabling women to:

. Create policy, not just comply with it.

. Shape company cultures, not just adapt to them.

. Be architects of emerging industries, not just employees within them.

In doing so, we spotlight not only what’s possible in the future of work but also what’s necessary. In the inaugural edition, we opened the door to inclusion. Influence is no longer just about seniority—it’s about being seen, shaping narratives, and shifting systems.

So, in this edition of MACC 2025, we ask: Now that we are included—how do we influence?

9.55am - 10:25am	PLENARY HALL Keynote Address – Special Segment SKILLING HALL Skilling tracks are built as interactive sessions designed to equip women with practical tools in the workplace. Each session focuses on building some of the key skills. These sessions will be hands-on workshops to provide actionable insights to elevate the woman professional’s
10.30am – 11.30am	CXO Panel Discussion From Intent to Impact: Are We Really Powering Possibilities for Women? Everyone’s talking about inclusion. But who is talking about power—who has it, how it’s distributed, and how systems need to change so women not only rise but reshape the very structures they enter? This session with esteemed CXOs will bring out perspectives, bold actions, personal experiences, and leadership philosophies that are changing the game from the top down. Skilling Session I:
11.30am – 12.20pm	Panel Discussion How Influence is Grown, Not Gained From menstrual leave policies to menopause policies to pay transparency—how women professionals are creating systemic change from within. Real power is built through circles of trust, feedback, challenge, and opportunity. The most successful women are co-building each other’s rise. Skilling Session II:

2.00pm – 2.50pm	Panel Discussion: AI Won’t Replace You, But Someone Using AI Will: How Women Can Lead Tech Intelligently From content creation to recruitment to code, AI tools are now integral to our work. How can women shape these tools, not be displaced by them? Skilling Session III:
2.55 pm – 3.45pm	Panel Discussion: Out of Sight, Out of Power? Reimagining Hybrid Influence Hybrid work was hailed as the great equalizer: more flexibility, fewer commute hours, better balance. But there’s a catch. The more women lean into hybrid, the more invisible they risk becoming—missing the informal power circles, leadership proximity, and ‘hallway influence’ that drive promotions and presence. While inclusion has been facilitated through Zoom links, real influence is still happening in the room.
