This initiative is designed to help women returnees refresh their skills, understand recent industry trends, and gain confidence in navigating the hiring process.

Skill Refresh & Technical Training: Tailored modules aligned with roles in Sales Operations, Smart Manufacturing, Global Procurement, and Test Solutions Engineering
Soft Skills Development: Avtar’s Intentional Career Pathing (ICP) framework includes training in communication, confidence-building, and workplace readiness
Interview Preparation: Focused sessions to help candidates crack interviews at Micron and transition smoothly into their new roles
Guest Lectures by Micron Leaders: Participants will have the opportunity to attend exclusive sessions led by Micron leaders, offering insights into leadership, innovation, and career growth
No Cost to Participants: The program is fully sponsored by Micron, ensuring accessibility for all eligible candidates
