For the last four years, Avtar Group’s Diversity Mahotsav that was delivered every day for one hour brought in a vibrant tapestry of conversations, celebrations, and collaborations around inclusion. The 15-day event brought together voices from across industries, showcased best practices, and highlighted the power of Inclusion to strengthen the world of work.

As we evolve, so must the way we convene. This year we shift from a multi-day format to a one-day, high-intensity festival. This move to have one day full of celebrations is a refinement, a re-focused, and a strategic elevation of the Mahotsav’s purpose.

This December we bring to you Diversity Mahotsav transformed as December Mahotsav as a one-day virtual festival designed to spotlight stories, skills, and strategies that foster true inclusion. Held over Zoom, the day will unfold stories from thought leaders, Inclusion champions, and changemakers to inspire, inform, and ignite a sense of belonging across workplaces and communities.

From career return journeys and neuro-inclusion, to allyship, inclusive leadership, and more — the day promises with real conversations, practical insights, and heart-stirring stories.
