Corporate Stall Session Hiring managers and HR representatives from participating organizations, in the room with intent to meet you. One-on-one career counselling available alongside.

Industry Speaker Session A dedicated 40-minute session with senior industry leaders on what the next few years look like for working women in Chennai.

Is this really free? Yes. Entry to myAvtar SheWorks Career Fair is completely free for all participants. There is no ticket, no fee, and no catch. The only requirement is that you register in advance.

Who should attend? SheWorks is designed for working women in Chennai aged 25 to 50. If you are early in your career and looking to grow faster, mid-career and considering a pivot or a leadership move, or returning to the workforce after a planned break, this day was built for you.

What is the Career PULSE assessment? Career PULSE is Avtar's proprietary career tool, built on 25 years of research into women in the Indian workforce. It benchmarks your professional readiness across four dimensions: digital fluency, personal branding, professional EQ, and situational competency. Every registered participant takes it on arrival. Your personal report, leadership archetype, and 60-day action plan are ready within the session and yours to keep.

Can I bring a friend? Absolutely! Every person attending needs to register individually in advance, so make sure your friend registers here before June 26. The more women in that room, the better the day for everyone.

What should I bring? Bring your phone. You will take the Career PULSE assessment via a QR code at the entrance. Beyond that, come as you are. Everything else is taken care of.

Where exactly is the venue and is there parking? The event is at MOP Vaishnav College, 20, IV Lane, Nungambakkam High Rd, Chennai, 600034. Parking information will be shared with all registered participants ahead of the event.

What time should I arrive? Registration opens at 10:00 AM. We recommend arriving on time as the Career PULSE assessment begins shortly after. The day runs through to 4:00 PM.

Will I receive anything after the event? You receive your Career PULSE report and leadership archetype within the session on the day itself. You also receive a certificate of participation to download and share on LinkedIn.
