The organization has strived to focus efforts towards equality and diversity by bridging the gender gap and increasing the number of women across levels. They have a mandate that 50% of candidate profiles for every position are women. For director-level positions, the target is 28% women profiles. In talent acquisition, they have a target of 35% of total positions to be filled by women candidates. In 2022, they surpassed the target to reach 38%, an increase of 3%. For senior manager profiles, a female member is part of the panel to overcome bias. Exclusive training and developmental programs locally and globally target women at three levels. Empowerment for women employees in individual contributor roles or first-time managers who aspire to become leaders. Diversity by Design for women at the middle management, who are on the leadership threshold, and the third for women at senior levels. This year, women have assumed leadership roles, and 5% of women have taken up senior manager and above roles.

Rich experience in API development. Must have substantial understanding on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and micro service architecture (MSA). Strong understanding of middleware and integration technology along with API Security e.g. API Key Validation, Authentication and Authorization (A&A) and Identity. Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software. Proficient and hands on with application/web Servers along with good knowledge of relation database management system (RDBMS) and NoSQL. Must have knowledge on infrastructure and server-side scripts. Strong hands on DevOps practices and must possess ample knowledge and engage with cross-functional co-located teams for on configuration management, designing and developing scaling strategies, automation scripts and solutions to implement, streamline and executing the software with excellent quality and speed. Also held responsible for maintaining high availability of production and non-production work environment. Should have knowledge on clustering to improve the performance and implements monitoring solutions to overcome from issues.
