Learning @ Macquarie: Our academies offer opportunities to develop functional and technical capabilities across domains like finance, technology, risk, etc. Talent Development @ Macquarie: LEAD (Leadership Excellence Accelerated Development) is a flagship talent development program in India that started in 2016.
