The Life of Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG) at HDFC Life is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging for the LGBTQIA+ community, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and veterans within the organization's culture. To create an inclusive environment, HDFC Life has implemented several progressive policies.

First, the company has adopted a gender-neutral dress code, allowing employees to express their gender identity through their attire, promoting acceptance and respect. Second, HDFC Life offers a gender transition Mediclaim policy that provides comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees undergoing gender transition, addressing the unique healthcare needs of the transgender community. Additionally, the company recognizes same-gender partners in its Mediclaim policy, ensuring equal coverage for all family structures.

Responding to escalation from Tier 1 teams within specified timing in order to restore service

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using resources that include personal technical ability, run book, solution database, diagnostics flow charts and senior members.
