Revenue Management Analytics Team Overview:
• We are a part of ABI’s India Analytics hub located in Bangalore
• We support revenue management business units across the globe primarily focussed at pricing, promotional & Mix decision making at Geo / Brand / SKU levels and find actionable insights for them
• Manage and maintain large data sets to ensure high quality of data for analyses
• Engage with business partners at all levels of organization (Director / VP / GRM) and influence future plans based on insights
Experience:
3 - 4 years of relevant experience, in advanced analytics/data science at a B2B/B2C level.
Preferred experience - CPG/Retail, Ability to lead and guide multiple project team members
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
§ Programming – R/Python (At least excellent coding skill in any one programming language)
§ Visualization – Power BI, PowerPoint, Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy
§ Hands on expertise on supervised & unsupervised learning like –
• Regression (e.g. – Linear/Logistic/MNL/Mixed Effects/Regularization)
• Classification (K-means, Hierarchical, Latent Class, DBScan, SVM)
• Dimension Reduction techniques (Principal Component analysis, Singular Value Decomposition etc.)
• Time Series (UCM, Holt-Winters, ARIMA, ARIMAX, VAR)
• Optimization (Linear programming, Stochastic Gradient Descent, Genetic Algorithm etc.)
• Machine Learning algorithms – Neural Networks, Naïve Bayes, Bagging & Boosting, Random Forest
§ Data management: SQL, Advanced Excel
§ Good to have skills - basics of BIG DATA architecture, Azure DevOps
Good to have project experience in the following areas:
• Pricing Conjoint Analysis
• Price Promo modelling
• Forecasting/Time series
• Media Mix Modelling
