Global Manufacturing Leadership Program (GMLP):

GMLP is a premium and exclusive leadership program of the Aditya Birla Group, which accelerates the development of middle and senior level talent to become leaders who can take on challenging roles in production/operations, maintenance, planning, projects, electrical & instrumentation and power plant functions at our plants.
