Job description:

Build, integrate, deploy and maintain enterprise grade digital applications

Qualification -
• Any Degree in computer science or information technology field
• 10-14 years of industry experience developing and supporting medium to large scale enterprise applications
• Should have delivered minimum 3-4 end-end enterprise grade applications with mix of web, mobile, hybrid applications
• Hands on experience in architecture, design, development and delivery of digital applications
• Hands on experience with minimum one technology stack (preferably PHP/J2EE) with exposure on various frontend and backend technologies
• Hands on experience on integrating various applications through real-time interfaces and batch interfaces. Any middleware experience is add-on.
• Exposure to trending technologies and best practices like microservice based architecture, 12-Factor apps, application security standards
• Exposure to data architecture, data handling, data quality, data analysis
• Hands on with continuous development and continuous deployment pipelines
• Proficient in investigating and conducting R&D, POCs on complex areas for technical challenges faced by team
• Experience with deployment solutions involving cloud services like AWS & Azure
• Detail oriented, logical and inquisitive
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Technical Skills -
• Full Stack PHP / J2EE Stack
• Exposure to Enterprise applications in areas of ERP, CRM, HCM, MDM or BI
• Front end experience on HTML/CSS/JS, AJAX, various frameworks like react native, angular js
• Experience on integration tools like Mulesoft, Jitterbit or OIC or any other for the real-time and batch interfaces
• API development experience using API frameworks like springboot, slim or any others along with understanding of API management layer
• Experience with RDBMS, data modelling, and conceptual understanding on data marts / data warehouse
• Experience with GIT CI/CD, Azure DevOps or AWS CodeStar or equivalent
• Security Testing Tools like SAST, DAST
• Test Automation tools exposure on Selenium Web Driver, TestNG or others


Job duties and responsibilities -

• Responsible for end-end technical delivery of project initiatives undertaken
• Understand requirements, assess feasibility, and provide architecture and design directions along with effort estimation
• Decide the skill mix of resources and prepare delivery plan
• Identify project impediments at early stage and proactively work with stakeholders to address them or find workaround
• Participate in technical discussions with external and internal teams and provide technical direction
• Conduct any POCs and technology breakthroughs on complex use cases
• Review deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices in areas of quality code, technical approach, scale and reliability
• Define development and test strategy
• Continuous development and delivery for fast turnaround on changes and rollouts
