As a Coordinator in our R&D Operations Team, you willsupport/coordinate various day to day R&D Operational activities as well as support various continuous improvements and new initiatives.

In this role, you will

• Support R&D Operations – compile various Operational metrics/Reports/trackers.
• Support various continuous improvement initiatives to improve R&D Operations
• Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis of operational Metrics/Reports for deviations, identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate/coordinate with R&D leadership teams, Program Management Office, and various support function (HR, Admin, Global IT Support, Learning &Development) leads on R&D Operational governance and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support various R&D planning activities (budgeting, forecasts, resourcing)
• Support coordinating training activities – collecting training requirements, coordinate with L&D of scheduling/organization of training sessions, maintaining trackers, archives.
• Support/coordinate with Business leaders, HR, Admin on operationalizing Dynamic/Hybrid working set up.
• Support other AVEVA initiatives for employee engagement, AVEVA events (e.g., Hackathon), Customer visits, Exec visits, Action For Good (A4G) initiative
Qualifications
• Experience: ~3-4 years of experience (in Operations, Program/Project administration, Administrative Assistance)
• Background in supporting business/R&D Operations and continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles in IT/Product Development environment
• Strong expertise in Office tools (Advanced level in Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SharePoint)
• Excellent Communication (written and spoken) skills, ability to work/coordinate in geographically distributed (Europe/USA/APAC) teams
• BCom/BBM/BSc/BCA or equivalent
