Skills & Position Summary:
• Responsible for leading and managing technical team with focus on app / product development. Works with Internal and external parties to develop and maintain secure, and scalable app.
• Prepare detailed project plans and strategies for the implementation of engagement within the standards of project management methodologies
• Track and monitor the progress of all the sprints
• Identify and manage risks
• Need to work collaboratively with all the stake-holders including Business & product owners to make sure that it meets the functional expectations
• Communicate to all levels of management project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential issues
• Provide direction to project teams including assigning individual responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions
• Explore opportunities for continuous improvement in the product/solution and drive it to closure
• Explore opportunities for Innovation, do POCs or Pilots and scale it for full scale delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in managing IT projects end to end especially in Digital App / Product development
o Experience in Java/J2EE with MSA architecture
o Should have good Technical knowledge in Mobile Technologies
o Should be familiar with Azure deployment using Dockers / Kubernates
o Lead the definition of DevOps model including continuous integration and testing in an agile development environment.
• Extensive technical knowledge with a broad exposure to tools, techniques and industry standards to apply in the creation of estimates, designs and architectures
• Proven experience in Agile Project Management
• Should have good experience on building Digital apps / Products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Manage and work relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Risk management to minimize project risks
• Excellent work ethics with a strong penchant for working in a challenging environment
• Strong system analysis and design skills and demonstrated ability in rolling out solution development tools within an organization are necessary
