Job description:

Expertise in SQL Server/MYSQL/PL SQL writing queries. 
Data Warehouse concepts (Implementation of ETL pipelines, data integration components (SSIS), data query layers(SSRS)) 
Highly competent in data programming skills in RDBMS. 
Experienced Developer with a strong background in large volume of data. 
Experience of Database optimization, performance and load testing approaches. 
Should be well versed in ETL and Data warehousing concepts. 
Designing, documenting and delivering dimensional models as part of a data warehouse solution. 
Agile Software Development, Scrum. Exposure to Jira / Confluence (or similar). 
Added advantages if knowledge in Big Data concepts like HPCC. 
Excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills. 
Experience of managing a team of 2-7 members. Set goals and expectations to team, provide support and feedback to team, nurture collaborations, encourage Innovation, resolve team conflicts, drive diligent rewards and recognition to team, assist to onboard new members, write Project reports, follow and implement Merit defined Policies 
Maintain good Stakeholder relationship 
Front end the team with customers and with Merit senior leadership group.   
3-4 years of experience in estimation, SQL implementation, Query Optimization, Analyze complex queries and respond existing system architecture queries to customer 
Clarify technical queries to team and remove all technical impediments
