• For Ford Credit IT, as MS Dynamics 365 CRM Software Engineering professional, the candidate will:
1. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure cloud technologies
2. Design, develop, deploy, and test MS Dynamics 365 CRM Service Module system enhancements and a variety of custom business applications
3. Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other line of business applications
4. Perform CRM Customization and Configuration
5. Support the establishment of an effective and automated DevOps processes
6. Support the effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features
7. Perform data migration activities
Skills:
• 5 to 7 Years’ Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• 3+ Years of Development Experience in C#
Microsoft Azure Cloud experience
• Experience in Service Module
• Good Knowledge in Unified Service Desk (USD), Portals, Chat Bot, Power apps
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
• Experience working on an Agile development team
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts in a way that can be understood by non-technical resources
• Innovation and forward-thinking attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and intra-personal skills
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Broader understanding on Customer Service and/or Credit Operations
