VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and 'work-like' environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality. You will receive 6 weeks of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-based, which will allow you to meet your new team virtually and learn together on how to offer the best customer service experience.

We are inviting you to explore the Customer Service opportunity with Amazon. If you are flexible to work in night shifts, possess good computer knowledge and have excellent communication skills with the zeal to excel! We are looking for YOU!

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be a resident of the same locations to apply for these positions. Minimum qualification should be 10 + 2, Comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Include Night Shifts) with excellent English communication skill. PAN Card and E-Aadhaar would be mandatory to join this process.

  1. Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not applicable.
  2. Night Shift is mandatory as the team works 24x7.
  3. To work from home, candidates would require to have Internet connection at their home.
