Job description:

Main Jobs and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with learning delivery team design team to gather system/platform technical requirements, determine functional and reporting design needs, and ensure a successful user experience and support achievement of desired learning outcomes.
Work directly with cross-functional system owners in IT, Solutions, and other parts of the organization to create and maintain integration points for full system functionality
Work closely with third party vendors to manage and deliver desired system enhancements on various learning platforms.
Manage global compliance trainings end to end
Stakeholder management & Strategic Planning for various learning programs.
Responsible for monitoring and evaluating learning technology framework from planning to delivery, producing accurate and up-to-date data analysis.
Assisting with periodic reporting as requested by all zones such as; creating and maintaining Compliance training activity records, updating training records and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date and producing reports as required.

Main Purpose of  Position:

Is the first point where data get transformed into useful  information for the end users. Provides the first level of  analysis and pre-selection of useful insights for them.

Level of Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a  Master’s is a plus

• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role

Technical skills required: 

• Celonis / Signavio / SQL / database technologies / ETL

• Big Data, Data Mining and Process Mining

• Understanding of data structures in SAP systems

• Programming abilities (Java, Python, R, etc.)

• Business Intelligence and data analysis abilities
