The TechOps Network team is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the network service/product. Team members may work to rollout new functionality and upgrades and support the ongoing operations.
Within this team, the Senior Specialist is a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing changes to the network, assuming leadership roles in troubleshooting and problem resolution, and providing guidance and documented knowledge (e.g., SOP’s, updated guidelines) to other team members.
The Senior Specialist also communicates with internal customer contacts, 3rd party vendors, and management to drive incident/problem resolution, gather requirements, and coordinate changes.

This position supports the North America geographic region, and typical working hours will be primarily aligned to North America from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT. However, some changes/support may be required outside of those hours.
Qualifications
The Senior Specialist should have deep experience in one or more technical sub-domains (e.g., WiFi, LAN, SD-WAN) and broad experience across many areas of network technology and other infrastructure technologies (e.g., server OS, DHCP, Active Directory).
The Senior Specialist also needs strong written and verbal (speaking) communication skills.
