Experience 

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration & development.
• Background working in one or more product line and has domain knowledge in the areas listed above

Responsibilities 

• Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and oversee delivery. 
• Understand the big picture of the ServiceNow platform Role in Micron and supported applications to deliver business requirements. 
• Collaborate closely with various process business stakeholders across various business functions to understand requirements and deliver solution

• Develop and enhance various platform capabilities include and not limited to
  • Service Catalog
  • Service Portals
  • Mobile Application
  • Custom Application Development
  • Integrations, Workflow, Integration hub & Automation
  • Knowledge Base
  • Subscriptions & Notifications
  • Virtual Agent
  • Machine learning & AI 
  • Data Management (Normalization & IRE Engine)
  • Reporting & Performance Analytics
  • Common Service Data Model (CMDB/CSDM)
  • Platform Health
  • Service Aware CMDB
• Monitor health, usage and manage overall compliance of ServiceNow instance and applications. 
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts including advanced scripting

• Develop systems integrations and process automation. 
• Work with vendors to resolve issues
