Job description:
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The objective is to perform Social Listening for (ZX Ventures Adjacencies) including the following activities: Tracking Voice of the Consumer (VOC), sentiment, buzz, marketing activations, events, etc. and provide reports to Brand and Digital Managers.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monthly reports
Weekly/Bi-weekly campaign reports (as applicable)
Ad hoc and exploratory reports (as needed)
Real-time dashboard tracking (as applicable)
Development and maintenance of:
Social Listening Monitors in tools like Crimson Hexagon and Social Bakers
Geo-location monitoring for AB Inbev breweries across geography
Tracking Earned/Organic content from all social platforms and Social aggregator tools
Owned performance tracking with tools like Social Studio, Sprinklr, Facebook Insights
Buzz / Sentiment / SOV trackers using Crimson Hexagon tools
Campaign and Launch Effectiveness Measurement
Benchmarking data
Dashboards
Engaging with business partners to understand the requests that we receive from brand managers
To attend regular calls with brand managers, zone stakeholder and agencies
QALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Level of educational attainment required:
4+ years of professional experience in social listening, social media analytics, digital marketing, consumer insights
Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:
Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology have yielded solid performers.
Certification on google analytics, Web analysis and SEO are also considered
Knowledge on dashboarding and visualization tools like Power BI
Language skills required
English and any foreign language is a value add
IT skills required
MS office, advance excel, VBA and SQL functionalities
Technology savvy with IT development background in a programming capacity very beneficial. Working experience with APIs a plus
Knowledge on dash boarding or Analytical tools like Klipfolio, Qlikview, Tableau, Statistica and etc.
Python and Machine Learning skills would be added advantage
