Job description:

•    Maintain team documentation and procedures
•    Windows Migration Hands-on is a plus
•    Good knowledge on Active Directory
•    Build and configuration of server based solutions including clusters
•    Configuration of hardware from HP, IBM and Dell
•    Trouble-shooting and resolution of faults
•     Root Cause Analysis of infrastructure related issues
•    Customer liaison providing support and guidance to technology teams 
•    Monitoring of infrastructure capacity
