About the Role :

In this role you will:
• Create designs for new features and ensure approval by appropriate review authorities.
• Develop and deliver features to agreed user stories such that testers can verify functionality.
• Adhere to all necessary quality and acceptance criteria.
• Provide prototypes as proof of concept for demonstration where appropriate.
• Support developments with suitable tests including unit, integration, system and regression tests.
• Provide detailed task breakdowns and estimates upon request.
• Raise technical issues to the Team Lead and Scrum team colleagues as appropriate.
• Deliver in line with budget, time and resource constraints.
• Adhere to agreed working processes.
• Ensure all code is fully reviewed; initiate, participate and comment in review sessions.
• Respond in a timely manner to customer-encountered problems.

Qualifications:
• A degree in engineering or computer science
• Software and Technology is something that you live and breathe.
• 10+ years of on-the-job experience as a Software Developer in a commercial product development environment
• Experience in C++, C# and .NET Framework. Some experience in WPF, HTML5 and TypeScript would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile concepts and practices
• You love working with others in an agile environment to solve challenging problems.
• A quick learner and be able to think on your feet.
