Qualifications

• 7 + years total experience with 2 + years relevant experience in Cloud monitoring and support.
• Awareness of key cloud concepts and DevOps principles.
• Experienced at Azure and / or AWS features, services or administration.
• Good understanding of Cloud DevOps principles and practices.
• Knowledge of monitoring/alerting systems and ticketing systems for handling incidents.
• Ability to write and contribute to high quality operational documentation.
• Experience or knowledge of software development and deployment methodologies and principles and an understanding of the core tenets and practices of DevOps, CI/CD.
• Must be a flexible self-starter, with the ability and experience to take on new requirements quickly and adapt to a growing and evolving team.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated problem solver.
