Designation: Sales Executive                                                  Location: Hyderabad

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Major Deliverables:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Meeting the  sales targets  as defined for the quarter.
  • Develop a road-map to achieve Sales targets.
  • Build relationships with channel partners, proactively participate in building relationships with critical partners.
  • Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and documentation.
  • Drive implementation of applicable trade promotions for the Branch as per guidelines from his manager.
  • Track competitors field activities and identify ways to counter them Interact with distributors on a regular basis and seek feedback, address any grievances in a timely and prompt manner.

2) Excellent listening and engaging skills

3) Attention to details and diligence for understanding prospect needs

4) Good written and excellent oral communication skills

5) Inquisitiveness

Background: They should be ideally from background such as Hospitality, Industrial Consumables , Banking Products , Office Consumables , Pharma Sales , Healthcare Products Recruitment Services, Health Insurance Companies, Wellness solutions, Facility Management Services . Someone who has experience of selling to Admin Heads, HR Heads, Facility Management Heads, Plant Heads in Manufacturing Companies, Professionals like Doctors,CEOs. 

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 1 to 3 years 

Salary: INR 22-25K inclusive of a 20% variable. (Negotiable for good candidates)
