Job description:

•    Create Business plan and sales targets for the EBO channel
•    Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the EBO channel
•    Responsible for expanding the EBO network pan India & strengthening the OPM of stores
•    Set and meet Franchisee expectations
•    Build strong relationships with franchisees
•    Ensure inventory levels are managed at each store
•    Ensure maintenance of hygiene factors at outlets through Visual Merchandisers
•    Responsible for planning & managing discounts in coordination with the Buying & Planning team
•    Responsible for planning and implementation of promotional activities – advertising campaigns, visual communications
