Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders/ departments within an organization (finance, administration, procurement, etc.)
- Ensure process and data compliance (Headcount MIS, Personnel Records maintenance, etc)
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes & tools to guide the team as a Subject Matter Expert
- Provide clarification of policies and processes to end customers/ employees through calls, chats and emails
- Prepare and regularly review to update process documentation (process maps, procedures, templates) and other documentation to make them relevant to evolving processes
- Ensure seamless HR Operation services, optimizing work allocation, workflow management, exceeding accuracy standards as per SLA
- Support end-to-end execution and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives for US and Canada Global Mobility teams / function and processes

- Support tracking of inventory of improvements, including prioritization, design, and implementation
- Support execution of program management activities for inflight Global Mobility initiatives
- Support VP Immigration in the overall enhancement of the global immigration program.
- Drive the metrics used to evaluate the immigration team’s performance, including speed, efficiency, quality, and thoroughness to meet objectives.
- Use project management processes, procedures, tools, etc. adopted by Special Projects & Governance team for consistent execution across all initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve the team’s approach, processes, procedures, and tools and shares with Mobility leadership
- Responsible for preparing monthly review dashboards for internal teams and for Business reviews.
