Job description:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:- 

 

Job Description : 

  

Guiding installation methods for field staffs. Diagnosing the issues and providing instant 

solutions for issues arised during device operations. Co- ordinating with local service 

teams for servicing the devices. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of 

unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. 

  

It also includes: 

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to 

resolution. 

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve 

system issues 

Arranging required assets for field support staffs 

Making proper arrangement for sending defective goods to head office and 

rechecking the issues reported by them once goods has been received.
