Job Discription

• Liaise with Project Implementers to understand volunteering needs
• Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs
• Raise awareness of the role and function of volunteers
• Promote volunteering through recruitment, social media and campaigns
• Interview and shortlist volunteers and ensure they are appropriately matched and trained for the position
• Organize profile-raising events to attract new volunteers
• Maintain databases and undertake any other administrative tasks
