Accountable for :
• Bringing business from the given geography
• Generate Leads and prospects.
• Pitch for all the products to the clients – Recruitment and Non Recruitment.
• Develop business from the prospects to create new business opportunities.
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with Clients and service them.
• Networking in conferences through virtual & personal participation.
• Active participation in social media with the HR & Training contacts.
• Communicate with all the team members about the success / feedback from the market.
• Competitor Analysis.
• Process adherence like entering the data in CRM, following the process of sales till closure.
• Provide proper data in all the meetings like MRM, Weekly review, Monthly review, Quarterly review & ABP.
• Predicting the next month/quarter with the help of the pipeline generated month on month.
