Job Description

• Ideate, design and develop training content. Also customize existing training content based on the training needs/client requirements

• Design and create storyboards, on-screen-texts, audio scripts, video tutorials, case studies, poll questions etc for use in training/e-Learning modules

• Conduct knowledge transfer & Training orientation of new modules to Avtar Ambassadors/Consultant trainers

• Exposure and experience in handling LMS platforms , Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is desirable, but not a pre-requisite

• Write blog articles for Avtarinc

• Outstanding Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel and good knowledge of the digital learning technologies
