Job Description
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
• Responsible for working on the day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Understanding the requirement & Job description as per hiring criteria.
• Identify the suitable active / passive candidates in internal database, job portals and thru references.
• Review and analyse resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
• Be responsible for sourcing, validating based on profiling parameters and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, qualification and experience.
• Interact with the Delivery Head / Team Leader / Front Ender for scheduling of Interviews & drives or line-up.
• Manage candidate offers which includes offer facilitation & negotiation with the candidate and complete administration by constant follow-up till the
candidate joins the organization.
• Maintain a tracker on the calls, client submissions and Interview volume against the given target.
• Ensure that the Delivery related KPIs are met on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
• Manage all communications with candidates and provide regular updates and feedback to the reporting boss.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA with good communication skills.
