• Driving achievement of Primary and secondary Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
• Distributor & distribution management (clarity with the concept of ROI).
• Accountable for conducting Gate meetings, reiterating targets among the DVSM, explaining schemes and prioritizing the focused brand/ SKU for the day
• Ensuring execution and delivery of process KPI eg. Bills cut, Mandays, Line-sold, MSL, Eco-30, Dispersion, etc.
• KPC Drive, Perfect and Right Store agendas-ensuring visibility through POBs.
• Ensuring 100% billing at KPCs & SDLs and increasing the dispersion rate.
• People & Capability: Regular coaching and OJT to field force on Steps of a call, Disha-mobility usage to improve sales capabilities and achieving executional excellence
• Ensuring the right caliber people are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently & recognizing high performers
§ University Degree
§ Excellent understanding of Sales, Methods & Processes
§ PC Literate-Understanding in basics of excel & outlook
§ Minimum 2 yrs. of Sales experience in a FMCG environment having managed front line sales team (BDO/ PSR/DVSM etc.)
