Job description:

As a Full Stack Manager, you will be responsible for the below activities:
● Actively participating in daily team stand-ups, workshops, and online technical forums. 
● Leading the development of web applications with the support of a small development team.
● Contributing towards application development based on screens, documented requirements, and 
user stories.
● Reviewing deliverables of offshore resources.
● Implementing software development process guidelines to prepare design documentation and
updating the status in scrum tools. 
● Explain and Implement best practices, standards and procedures (reusable including quality and 
delivery methodologies)
● Understanding logical architectures for web applications using better practice design principles 
● Resolving of complex technical issues for the area of responsibility on the project and helping 
team members to remove the blockers for any deliverables
● Utilizing CI/CD workflows using build and release automation. 
● Assisting in architecture, and design related work streams, as well as having contributed as a 
systems analyst and conducted technical reviews of offshore deliverables.
● Assisting to the Senior Manager Architect on large projects, as well as client service teams during 
client implementations
● Assisting with third level support by driving the resolution of application defects and supporting a 
response to major application incidents. 
● Coaching other developers and sharing your knowledge and expertise within the team. 
Skills and Experience
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
● Ideally 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline (BE, BTech, 
MCA).
● Experience designing and developing applications using Asp.net MVC and Asp.net Core MVC.
