Purpose of the role:

RTM Platform Manager will manage Sales AUtomation platform and associated reporting ecosystem and ensure we have best-in-class capabilities and operate efficiently.This will be a technical role, working alongside MDLZ business teams, project manager and our vendor partners to deliver the site features, maintain the same by resolving critical issues and optimize performance. This would focus on a large geography like India.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead discussions with business teams and agencies to clearly document business requirements across sprints and document them as user stories. 2. Co-ordinate with agencies to deliver the application against requirements.3. Participate in low level technical design discussions with vendor agencies and provide direction4. Follow Mondelez security and privacy processes, conduct assessments and work with security and privacy teams to ensure compliance5. Perform UAT and track defects to closure.6. Participate in weekly status reviews and provide inputs to senior management on key issues and help run a smooth program.7. Provide inputs into annual planning and budgeting exercises.8. Monitor vendor execution SLAs for fixes to critical issues and drive closure.9. Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision10. Exp. In modules/extensions development/customization.11. Exp. In API creation/integration.12. Strong knowledge of Solution architecture and preferably in Micro servicesBusiness analysis for Blueprinting [Intermediate] Vendor coordination for delivery against requirement [Intermediate] Technical - low level solution design [Intermediate] Ongoing Technology tools & services evaluation and selection like yellow messenger [Foundational] Foundational security work – assessments and interface with sec team [Foundational] Testing coordination – includes UAT & defect tracking [Intermediate] Resolution of support tickets with vendor and SLA management including reporting [Advanced] Management summary reporting and web analytics – interaction with business [Advanced]
