Job description:

Purpose of Role

Partners with Global Process Owners to understand business processes and define technical solutions for Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE) process areas. Provides subject matter expertise and leads improvements on the solutions and technologies. Understands the end-to-end process across Planning throughout Demand, Supply & Production Planning, IBP steps (PMR, Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation & MBR) and how technology can and should support the efficient and effective running of the process. Integrates with upstream and downstream processes having a good level of experience with Order to Cash (Order Management/ Fulfillment) and Logistics solutions (Transportation & Warehousing), including integration points with Finance and Sales.Supports the business process with S&OE analytics solution to drive better decision-making around daily execution and weekly cadence for short term horizon.

Main Responsibilities

1. Translates the business needs into functional requirements. Defines what the capability must achieve including how to measure success.

2. Responsible for enabling a robust solution design, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver and maintain.

3. Understands the connection of the process and solutions, upstream and downstream (Planning, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Sales).

4. Implements best practices to constantly improve performance of solutions, to achieve the long term strategic goals.

5. Responsible to ensure system integrity and design is upheld and changes verified.

6. Troubleshoots and implements solutions to complex requirements.

7. Creates and maintains plans to best enable longevity and performance of systems architecture and deliver key business drivers.

8. Collaborates with the relevant partners and stakeholders to ensure project and operational performances are met.

 

Career Experience:

1. Strong and proven experience working with Supply Chain Control Tower/ S&OE solutions

2. Proven experience working with Supply Chain processes and solutions such as Planning solutions (SAP APO / SAP IBP), Order Management (ATP & GATP), Transportation, Warehouse

3. Ability to work with ambiguity and diverse stakeholders, in multicultural global environment across multiple time zones

4. 3-5 years experience of delivering winning results across large multinational companies

5. Reporting and Analytics that support and drive Planning and Execution Processes

6. Competent skill in using Microsoft Office Suite

7. Understanding of S&OE best practices and solutions in the industry – stay on top of best in class in the industry to bring that perspective to MDLZ

8. Demonstrated ability to understand Supply Chain key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement of Planning / Execution processes enabled by technology

9. Deep understanding of interfaces from SAP ECC, APO and IBP to internal and external applications.

10. Project Management skillset could be an advantage (PMI)
