Job description:
PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role will work in the L&D Solutions function, creating best in class learning experiences that serve to enhance the performance of our colleagues across the organization
- Partner with business and/or L&D Managers to gather and validate learning requirements from a Delivery perspective
- Analyze available programs/learning paths for relevance to requirement
- Curate content in partnership with Business to create functional/leadership learning paths
- Monitor completion/adoption rates and generate L&D insights after implementation
- Work under minimal supervision on E2E projects, including New Hire Onboarding, managing senior stakeholders, and liaising across teams to deliver according to plan
- Manage processes to enable cross-zone content sharing
- Work on projects that enable change, adoption and enhancing learning experience for our employees
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform E2E scheduling/delivery tasks for virtual, live programs from planning to completion.
- Manage LMS/LiL curricula including learner access, certification & tracking.
- Manage L&D communications from needs identification to distribution
- Establish collaborative and trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders establishing credibility as a partner to the business
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the service offering, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and parity with industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to think out of the box, benchmark with some industry practices and establish great experience driven learning products along with the business

The position demands high level of accountability, agility, and diligence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. It also involves becoming comfortable in handling uncertain requests that do come in, thereby helping the business & team through empowering discussions. Should have the ability to lead such conversations and thought process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Level of educational attainment:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Previous work experience:
- Minimum 6 years in the HR domain (preferably L&D)
- Language skills:
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- IT/Other skills:
- MS Office: Must have strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Data driven decision making, Data analysis (making sense of data)
