PURPOSE OF ROLE
• This role will be critical to the success of GHQ India as we simplify People processes and improve employee experience
• The expectation of the role is to be the central point of contact for Tower Leads for People projects, requiring significant business interaction
• Role will need to manage expectations and deliver superior business and employee experience

Qualification, Course, Specialization - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. An MBA is an advantage | 5 years as HRBP
