Job description:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Perform   insights generation from various sources including Social Media, Brand Health, Sales data from Nielsen   etc. Performing data   analysis on data like brand/category/ segment/region sales numbers, consumer, and shopper qualitative or quantitate information, etc. To also know the ways   to represent the KPIs on an inter-active real-time dashboard such as Looker, Datorama based on SQL and Python.

 

KEY TASK AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Work on end-to-end project and present data and   reports in an easy to ‘read and comprehend’ manner

· Incorporate feedback provided by Insights   Project Manager post review of reports/analysis generated

· Devise long-term development strategies for   brand health by benchmarking and creating best in class

· Ensure ad-hoc reports and analysis are delivered   as per agreed timelines

· Resolve by self or escalate to the Insights Project   Manager, any issues/challenges which may arise to ensure minimum TAT

· Industry Trends and Research reports (as needed)

· Consumer Profile analysis (as applicable)

· Product launch tracking and analysis

· Connecting with publishing team and track cultural   calendar and deliver Out of Category reports that will be using for   generating insights

· Competitor analysis and Insights (as applicable)

· Real-time dashboard tracking (as applicable)

· Use of Social Listening Monitors in tools like Brandwatch   and Social bakers (as applicable)

· Benchmarking data

· Project and Stakeholder Management

· Regular calls with Brand Teams

· Develop, Design, Support and maintain Interactive dashboards, reports, and exception Reports. Provide production support for building and   maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions along with performance tuning

· To know about scripting languages for building custom API connections through social   listening tools such as Twitter Analytics, Twitter Ads, Facebook Business   Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Analytics.

· Knowledge on Social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Socialbakers.

 

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

 Knowledge on Datorama and Looker platforms.

· Data ingestion with APIs, data modelling, database connections, creating and configuring projects in an Integrated Development Environment. Ability to use scripting languages for building custom API connections

· Knowledge with Power BI and Python is an added advantage

· Develop custom Reports (Excel & PPT) and Custom Brandwatch dashboards, Datorama Dashboards with Socialbakers connection (Precision Marketing and Competitive Analysis) for ongoing social and digital media performance reporting for brands and campaigns

· Production and maintenance support for developing dashboards and reporting solutions along with performance tuning

· Good to have analytical skills and understand digital media KPIs, social media KPIs and Sales data

 

Skills  

 Knowledge on SQL, Python, Datorma Visualization, Looker Visualization, Power BI etc.

Expert in connecting APIs from social media platform streams – Twitter Analytics, Twitter Ads, Facebook Business Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Analytics

Developing business-friendly dashboards, transforming thoughts into key actions for business by using Socialbakers and Brandwatch tools.

Data Collection, Harmonization and Warehousing techniques client data across various sources like programmatic, search and social into SQL database, leveraging Python, for automation of data cleansing

 

Qualification, Course, Specialization - Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science/MCA, or any other streams

MBA/PDGM in Marketing/Finance from a reputed institute

Knowledge on social media platforms such as Brandwatch, Social Studio, Sprinklr etc.

Knowledge on Google search and SEO is an added advantage (good to have)

Knowledge on Business Intelligence Visualization (good to have)

Good to have knowledge on Data Science (Not-Mandatory)
