Job description:
The FP&A GCC Reporting Cell Expert oversees transforming ways of working for Global Supply and KPI team, transform the reporting, integrate tools and use Data visualization tools and also look out for transformation opportunities around the process to integrate tools to move the data automatically.
KEY TASK AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Core integration between tools
- Power BI transformation
- SQL usage to integrate data
- Scrum master for Supply related projects
- Promote agile working and more usage of Azure DevOps
- Assist in people restructuring to balance reporting with transformation
- Promote Anaplan and Power BI dashboards across the global
- Train the zones to use more of PBI than Anaplan or Excel
- Market Beerometer to increase its usage
- Active backup for the reporting activities - BOPS
- Study the scope to increase Business scope
- Collaborate with the process owners to understand transformation scope and deep dive
- Transformation of excel reports and presentations required for Global PPMs, KPI owners and ZONE PPMs and Zone KPI owners (if any) in PBI
- Take ownership of results and should be single point of contact for Transformation related queries and resolving the issues with the zones
- Identify and automate all manual/transactional activities to free up time for qualitative reporting
- Preparation of dashboards in Excel/PowerBI/Anaplan as required by stakeholders
- Support on ad-hoc requests
- Execute expert level tasks listed in the attached detailed task description, answer all ad-hoc requests received from the Business /other contacts and perform subsidiary activities designated by the TL / SV. Perform tasks without supervision from Team Leader
- Individually investigate problems and find solutions with the involvement of other team members. Informs all affected parties about the solution
- Keep required databases and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable
- Train the new team members - give them continuous support
- Identify improvement opportunities for his/her tasks - prepare and implement action plan how to improve the process
- Be aware and comply with AB-InBev policies and rules
- Study the current way of working and then try to automate or transform the work with available tools
- Own the NPS feedback and collection of scores monthly
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
- This is a Global Transformation Cell role which requires to work in collaborative manner with process owners, KPI owners and Global and Zone PPMs
- Work with Zone/Global PPM/KPI owners to understand their business problems, utilize data to provide insights which directly help them to take further decisions

Qualification, Course, Specialization -
University degree or equal by experience
University degree in Engineering and / or Finance – economics
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply / Financial / Controlling area
Experience in KPI analytics, cost accounting or finance in general
Experience in working in a process-oriented organization
Experience in a customer-oriented environment
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
Shared services experience is a plus
Experience in a multi-functional (technical, finance, etc.) environment is a plus
