Job description:

As a full stack developer & lead you would be responsible to drive technology delivery across cross asset, cross financial product implementation which are necessary for Sell and Buy side requirements of various institutional clients. He or She would work across other application/platform leads and business users and trading desks to understand business vision and priorities and help deliver cutting edge technology by part of hands on design and delivery of these solutions. Design and delivery of product and solution Executing PoCs and developing MVPs for new work areas Percolating and safe guarding coding standards and best practices Code reviews for critical pieces of code Guide and mentor the programmers and clear bottlenecks Conduct technology sessions
