Job description:

Must have
1. Hands on IAM, EC2, Security groups, ELB, S3,  Lambda, API Gateway, RDS,  Route 53, Cloudwatch, ACM services is must
2. Good hands on experience in Terraform and Linux shell scripting for cloud automation
3. Exposure on AWS CLI is must
4. Should have the capability to understand the existing scripts and enhance and improve the scripts
5. Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins is nice to have
6. Should be able to understand microservice architecture and bring in cloud enhancements in future
7. Able to provide solution in the existing system aligning to the cloud standards
8. At least 3 to 4 years of application development experience is a value add
9. Should have reasonable capability to understand and code for Lambda functions using NodeJS
10. Should be aware of AMI creation in cloud preferably packer
Nice to have
• Knowledge on VPC, Subnets, Availability Zones/regions, Cross region DR of Databases in RDS would be value add
• Knowledge on Domain integrations like CloudFlare and Cloudfront would be value add
• Knowledge on Docker, Ansible and Kubernetes are good to have
• Should have architecting mindset for providing suggestions during design
