Job Specification

Job  title: Manager

Line of Service: Human Capital

Reporting to: Senior Manager

Job Descriptio:

  • Overall management of various categories of assignment from initiation till the end for all categories of international secondment categories
  • Monitor overall team’s deliverables and help them to meet the goals.
  • Supervise the overall process in terms of Network polices and applicable laws.
  • Training of new team members
  • Independently execute any special projects assigned
  • Ensure all immigration and statutory checks are done before the onset of an assignment
  • Analysis of assignment costing
  • Understanding of Business criticality and own the end-to-end execution process under strict timeline
  • Manage audits
  • Have to work and maintain strong working relationship with multicultural, geographically dispersed and international HR and GM teams.
  • Preparation of MIS/Analytics.
  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics
  • Identify and apply industry best practices. 
  • Ensure adherence to all compliances for self & team are met

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility or Immigration team
  • Postgraduate/Graduate
  • Knowledge on cross border tax and immigration implication applicable for overseas employment
  • Relevant Mobility experience specific to relocation, assignment, facilitating immigration while working across cross functional teams including HR, Tax, Legal and Business Stakeholders
  • Own the overall GM process and work toward process development, implementation of mobility policies related to immigration, relocation and travel.
  • Experience in leading transformation and process improvement process
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of a HRMS platform (Preferably Workday).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, & G-suit.
  • Team player, committed to providing and maintaining timeliness and precision with respect to deliverables
  • Acts with integrity and display PwC Code of conduct while handling volume of confidential data
