Job Title: Finance Specialist
Role Summary/Purpose:
The position is part of the Finance team at Synchrony International Services Private Limited at Hyderabad and direct reporting to VP-Finance. The key deliverables include handling support in closing & Reporting activities, viz Accruals, JE preparation, bank reconciliations, monthly closing entries, GL review etc., The position requires an individual who is keen to work hands-on on the processes/transactions and has ability to scale up to deliver results in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
• Work on monthly revenue process, work closely with US finance managers in closing the accruals and actuals billing.
• Work closely with billing SPOC’s, perform headcount reconciliations, handle billing queries.
• Handle India Treasury related activities, liaison with bank, review bank reconciliations and ensure closure of open issues.
• Handle Expat related activities, documentation, payment, and Statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations of cash, Tax, AP, AR, FA..
• Participation in monthly/quarterly Close. Responsibilities include analysis of accruals, preparation of journal entries
• Support Internal audits & statutory audits.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements: • CA Inter with minimum of 2 years’ experience or any commerce graduate/postgraduate with 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. • Handle all documentation requirements including filings viz STPI, TDS, GST etc Desire
