Job Title: Manager Controllership - Axiom Analyst
Role Summary/Purpose:
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities to support the Regulatory Reporting System. This role is responsible for executing established processes and software unit testing. The mission of the small team this role is on is to support process improvements for the Regulatory Reporting Process.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Works user tickets of varying complexity
• Train users on basic functionality
• Executes and develops unit testing for various system changes
• Applies releases from the software vendor to our SYF environment
• Executes test plan for software upgrade
• Executes quarterly maintenance to get software ready for new filing period
• Configures software for new processes
• Execute processes to ensure integrity of regulatory reporting systems as compared to all source systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to identify new opportunities for process improvements
