Job Title: IAM Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Senior Analyst Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, IAM PIM Senior Analyst is responsible for the discovery, oversight and execution of ensuring all accounts that are required to be vaulted in Synchrony’s Privilege Identity Management (PIM) platform are successfully vaulted and operational in a timely manner. This role will have the responsibility to ensure privilege and non-personal accounts have effective password security. This role will be a critical member of the privilege technologies agile product team. Essential Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain PIM metrics reporting to drive consistent visibility to all privileged accounts and their password vaulting status in Synchrony’s PIM solution. • Identify and mitigate any gaps in accounts not correctly vaulted in Synchrony’s PIM solution. • Partner with account owners, IAM security administration team and IAM identity technologies team to ensure accurate password vaulting of privileged accounts. • Ensure all job aids and end user guides are accurate, maintained and effectively communicated regularly. • Provide on call coverage on a rotational basis with the rest of the team to respond, triage and resolve high priority incidents outside of normal working hours. • Actively participate as a critical member of the privilege technologies agile product team. Develop, prioritize and ensure timely execution of all agile stories as assigned by the VP, privileged technologies. • Design integrations between privileged technologies and other internal systems using API's. • Partner with AVP, PIM platform engineer to assist with platform maintenance and incident management activities. • Identify, propose and remediate process and technical gaps in Synchrony PIM service. • Advise business IT application teams on privilege technology issues and opportunities. • Engage with and influence IAM privilege technology stakeholders to ensure compliance, security and operational functional requirements are met, driving adoption of PIM service offerings.
