• Should have good understanding of the Job Market.
• Complete execution of the hiring process (including Sourcing, Screening, Interview Management and Offer Generation).
• Manage Job Postings at the best performing recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with the Interview Panel and Candidate to identify a smooth and quick interview schedule and process.
• Ensure feedback for every candidate is collected post interview from the Panel and keep the candidate informed on the next steps accordingly via email.
• Ensure a positive experience is provided to all candidates throughout the Interview Process by building a strong connect with the candidate.
