Job description:

Role Overview: Associate - Data and Analytics will drive continuous improvements in Data Management and Analytics for end to end Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledgeable on the technical concepts, prominent and emerging industry solutions and business process understanding in one or more of the following:

• Pharmaceutical/Medical/Vision business knowledge
• Technology landscape that supports end to end Supply Chain functions
• Data and Analytics- tools and strategy
• Advanced technology implications and external environmental scanning (e.g., 3-D printing, personalized medicine, AI, ML etc)

 

Technology Skills Set ( In one or more tech areas):

• SAP SD, MM, FI (Techno-Functional, ABAP, Idocs, Security)
• Good understanding of Python, SQL Query, Alteryx
• Hands on Exp on Tableau, Qilk, Power BI
• Azure, AWS
• Cloud Technology
• ETL Tools

 

Skills and Experience :

• Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills.   Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and the associated capabilities. Experience in effectively collaborating and managing stakeholders.
• Project Management experience in deployment of major IT capabilities across multiple sites and multiple regions.  Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units
