Job description:

You’ll be our: Brand Manager: North zone and New Product Launches
You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru
You’ll be Aligned with: Lead -  Brand
You’ll be a member of: Brand team, Marketing department
What you’ll do at Ather:
Manage Brand Ather in a Region
Manage Regional Campaigns:
Derive regional insights from sales funnel, research, market travels and more
Build Micro-Campaigns to leverage regional insights \ solve regional challenges
Strengthening brand positioning, build salience and aspiration in the region
Manage New Market GTM & Launches in the Region
Build awareness & demand in new launch markets
Liaise with the sales team, dealership team & the program team; Monthly business planning (Volume, Enquiries), Driving dealer-driven marketing campaigns (Events, Test-rides & BTL)
Handle New Product Development (NPD) & their Go-to-Market (GTM) plans:
Manage New Product Launches: Work in cross-functional program structure to design & execute the GTM plans for new products.
NPD will comprise of improvements in the existing products as well as development of new products which could be hardware or software offerings like over-the-air updates
Work closely with Software, Product and Engineering teams and ensure customer-centricity & brand thinking in the product development process

Experience in handling new product launches
Strong brief-writing skills
Knack of picking customer insights through data & consumer interactions
Campaign & Project management skills
Basic understanding of media planning
Decent understanding of digital marketing
Openness to travel every month

You bring to Ather:
An MBA degree in marketing (or related stream) from tier 1/2 institutes along with a bachelor's degree in any stream
Experience of ~3-5 years in Sales & Marketing preferably in a hardware product industry
